Expat Lifeline

 

Intercultural EXPAT LIFELINE is a support workshop to discuss specific topics that relate to your own situation.

Available pre and post-departure.

A confidential interview and questionnaire will highlight the topics of cultural differences and during the 1:1 - two sessions of 1.5-hour workshop, you will understand better your cultural profile and find tactics on how to move forward with a different leadership style.

Easily tap into the 12 cultural dimensions and be able to pivot any interaction to achieve your purpose using the methodology of the CultureConnector.


International Mobility

 

This is a training program to succeed the international RELOCATION to a new country.

This training will prepare executives and their families to the new environment and give them the tools to adapt quickly and efficiently.

Thanks to this training you will be able to:

-          Understand the country and its environment which influence behaviours

-          To adapt quickly to the social and cultural environment

-          To communicate and interact daily with the locals

-          To embrace the new life and settle in the new country

Repatriation

 

Repatriation is often overlooked by expats. What can go wrong in returning home?

Adjusting to coming home after an overseas assignment can be just as challenging as relocating abroad.

In this 3 hour workshop, you will prepare yourself and your family to reconnect with home, manage the reverse cultural shock and adapt smoothly to the new professional and personal environment.
