As a cross-cultural consultant and trainer, my unique business model is dedicated to helping executive expatriates and their families settle successfully in their host country, through cultural consulting and awareness programs.

Settling in a new country and adapting to a new life is challenging on so many levels; developing new social connections, communicating effectively, learning about local culture, and finding your way in a new workplace.

Moving to Australia from France as an expatriate in 2002, I experienced the process of relocation and settlement myself. This gave me a very personal perspective of the most effective strategies for a successful expatriation journey and inspired me to discover how to provide practical help to others going through this challenging transition, taking on the study in cross-cultural training.

My personal experience, comprehensive training, and 20-year career as an international business manager make me exceptionally well-positioned to help expatriates settle in Australia, or move from Australia to another country, with greater ease and enjoyment, so they can quickly embrace their new life and be effective in leading and managing their team at work.

I have a passion for helping others successfully navigate new and unfamiliar surroundings and learn the skills needed to adapt and grow. Personable, empathetic, and with a love of learning, I am diligent, and solutions-driven, with exceptional abilities in planning and communication.

As a highly experienced project manager, I have led multiple teams across the globe in branding, business development, sales, and strategy, with a focus on managing international relationships, effective partnerships, and facilitating and training high performing teams.

Finally, I have passed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a business cultural trainer certificate, a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, as well as the Global Mobility Specialist certification course. More recently, I have attended the CQ Certification and I am now a CQ (Cultural Intelligence) Certified Facilitator.
